Energy Recovery

Thanks to the high process temperatures we can have a very important syngas emission which allows us to use it, together with the residual condensed oil, in an advanced system of electricity production for internal use and selling the excess produced on the market.

This means that our H3TCT system can dispose of the ELTs entirely within the treatment plant and placing on the market only the by-products that have a certain market such as used steel and processed RCB that do not present logistical problems at the contrary to industrial oil which, due to the low “flash point” value, is very difficult to transport.

The technology we have developed allows our customers have a very low carbon footprint and possible to access carbon credit certification.
